Cookie Notice

Tidal AI uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking across sites.

#The short version

We use strictly necessary cookies only: to keep you signed in (to one account, or to several if you add more than one on the same browser) and to remember which workspace you are in. Because they are essential to the service you asked for, the law (UK PECR, the EU ePrivacy Directive) doesn't require us to ask for consent, so you won't see a cookie banner. We don't use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and nothing tracks you across other websites.

tidal.accts (with a __Host- or __Secure- prefix on secure connections)Remembers which accounts this browser has been signed in to (their names and email addresses, and the workspace each was last in), so an account that has signed out can be shown as "Sign in again" and switching returns you to where you were. Google and GitHub may set their own cookies on their own sites if you sign in with them; those are covered by their policies.

#Other storage in your browser

The app also keeps a few settings in your browser's local storage, such as layout, graphics quality, sound, your cookie choices and a random id used only to record a "do not sell or share" request if you make one while signed out. This never leaves your device except for that request, and is not used to track you.

#Your choices

You can delete cookies in your browser at any time; you will be signed out. If we ever add optional cookies (for example analytics), we will ask first, they will stay off unless you agree, and you can change your mind here:

Your choices in this browser

Strictly necessary: always on (they keep you signed in and remember your workspace).

We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a refusal of any optional tracking.
